The customer policy is intentionally not invented from Printify’s merchant reimbursement rules.
Launch blocker: approve the return window, item condition requirements, buyer-remorse treatment, sizing exchanges, return address, and defect/lost-package workflow.
Problems with an order
The operations console will support order-linked requests for defects, incorrect items, loss, reprints, refunds, and eligible cancellations with an auditable status trail.
